SPACE. Our concept for the restaurant was to create a space where wood would play a major role. The idea was to ensure a quiet, inviting and elegant atmosphere where you can enjoy a menu grounded on tradition. In short, comfort food in a comfortable space.
CIRCLES. The perforated wood fronting offers views and insights into Ricard Camarena’s kitchen. Circles are everywhere to be seen in a kitchen: in the pots and pans, the bottle corks, plates, glasses and even the chef’s hat. The circle is a shape that sums up everything about cuisine.
CENTENNIAL. Our restaurant is located in the Colón market, a modernista building which will be one hundred years old in 2016. With lots of stories to tell, the emblematic old market is one of Valencia’s architectural treasures.
